Seriously. Can we please require people who design these studies spend at least some time reviewing the dose responsive affect of exercise before implementing such poor interventions. Heading should read "poorly designed, non prescribed physical activity has no affect on depression" no brainer. We may as well do a similar study on antidepressants let's say we encourage patients to take what ever antidepressant they would like, as often as they would like, and the result will be.....
