Government plans to let GPs buy from “any willing provider” are not sophisticated enough, report says

The government should be less directive in terms of the timetable for implementation of the NHS reforms and allow for local flexibility, the NHS Confederation has suggested.

In a discussion paper, it proposes some practical solutions to the many concerns that have been raised about the changes.
