Too many clinical leaders?

I disagree with Bohmer that “practising doctors simply do not think of themselves as leaders.”1 In the UK at least, being a clinical leader is the new, most competed for badge.
A plethora of leadership schemes exists for doctors, mainly tailored towards the big “L” …
