    The conclusions of the editorial on prostate specific antigen for detecting early prostate cancer published with the paper and analysis article are incongruous.1 2 3 Having summarised all the evidence to date on the validity of screening using prostate specific antigen, the conclusions seemingly ignore most of it and call for more research.
