Binge working is bad for health and family life

Overworking has negative health effects, contributes to unhealthy lifestyles, and has a detrimental effect on family life and performance at work, a UK charity's survey has found. And previous research has shown that women are worse affected because their jobs tend to be lower status and they are more likely to have responsibility for bringing up children.
