Liberian aid appeal launched as medical crisis deepens

As the humanitarian crisis in Liberia spirals, the United Kingdom has launched a multimedia emergency aid appeal. Coordinated by the UK disasters emergency committee (DEC), money raised from the Liberia crisis appeal will support 11 of the United Kingdom's best known charities and allow them to scale up their aid work.
