20-24 year olds get meningitis C vaccine

The meningitis C immunisation programme is to be extended to millions more young adults in the United Kingdom. The plan was announced after advice from a Commons select committee that meningitis C is twice as common in 20-24 year olds than in the rest of the adult population.
