Salisbury consultant wins race discrimination case: Dr Mohamed Nasr, a consultant in genitourinary medicine, has won a race discrimination case against his employer, Salisbury Health Care NHS Trust. An employment tribunal found that the trust had refused Dr Nasr's application for discretionary points—a salary supplement to recognise contribution to the NHS—on racial grounds.
