Delivering drugs and making the BMJ less boring

A good drug poorly delivered is diminished. (Similarly diminished is good health care poorly delivered, as the US's Institute of Medicine reported last week (p 572).) In the case of drugs the importance of delivery is one of the early lessons in a pharmacology course, but it's a topic that doesn't crop up as much as it should in a general medical journal.
