Water fluoridation has not been banned anywhere

EDITOR—I was surprised and disappointed to read Payne's article on water fluoridation.1 The only change with regard to fluoridation in Ireland is that the minister has established a forum on fluoridation. This is in line with similar action by governments in other countries where fluoridation is practised. The terms of reference for the review are to consider the fluoridation of public piped water supplies and the programme of research being undertaken …
