    Developing countries no longer have a monopoly on waterborne diseases, according to reports presented in Budapest, Hungary, last week during a two day meeting of representatives of the signatories of the new protocol on water and health drawn up by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
