Israeli surgeon accused of killing two patients

A 63 year old Israeli surgeon has been indicted for allegedly killing two 80 year old patients in 1995 and on more than a dozen counts of alleged medical negligence, bribe taking, and extortion while working as chief of cardiothoracic surgery at Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital. It is the first time in Israel that a doctor has been brought to trial on charges of killing his patients.
