Australia set for class action against tobacco industry

A class action against three tobacco companies has been filed at Australia's Federal Court by a group of Australians claiming to have been injured as a direct result of smoking. The representative action against the companies-WD & HO Wills, Philip Morris Australia, and Rothmans-is due to be heard at the end of April this year.
