A new report calls on Britain's health ministers to set in train a 10 point plan to tackle the high burden of ill health among the NHS workforce.
Improving the Health of the NHS Workforce points out that 27% of healthcare staff report high levels of psychological disturbance, compared with 18% of working people generally.
