Medics take less interest in the “milk round”-the annual hunt by British companies for graduate talent-than their counterparts in other faculties, but perhaps not for much longer. Inter-Work, a partnership of consulting occupational psychologists have set up a website (www.bmj.com/cgi/content/full/315/7105/www.inter-work.com) where you can fill out a free “competence based psychological assessment”-and they'll send you the results for a small fee. The core business is providing the resulting graduate profiles to potential employers.
