    Careless administration of routine treatment for tuberculosis in South Africa has produced the world's highest incidence of drug resistant forms of the disease, the World Health Organisation has warned. And this misuse of drugs could speed up the spread of tuberculosis resistant to multiple drugs to the rest of Africa and the developed world.
