    Some doctors critical of Canada's blood system in the current inquiry into contaminated blood products have refused to take part in lawsuits aimed at preventing the inquiry chief from reporting findings of wrongdoing (17 February p 398).

    The doctors are among those who have been most critical of the blood system and who are thus anxious to see the commissioner's report published. Mr Justice Horace Krever's report is due next September but could …
