EDITOR,—The changes in postgraduate training for British graduates that are about to be implemented with the introduction of the specialist registrar grade offer an opportunity to achieve the goal of “planned, coordinated, and tailored” training for overseas qualified doctors.1 It will require not only commitment but funding.
