Nurses' college will reconsider no strike policy

The Royal College of Nursing, which represents over 300000 nurses in Britain, will reconsider its no strike policy in protest at the 1% pay award recommended by the nurses' pay review body. The review body recommended earlier this month that an additional increase of between 0.5% and 2% could be negotiated locally.
