Survey shows juniors are still overworked

    One in six junior doctors in Britain is still contracted to work over 83 hours a week, according to a survey released this week by the Junior Doctors Committee of the BMA (JDC). Such contracts contravene the new deal negotiated on junior doctors' working conditions, which says that no junior doctor should now be contracted to work more than 83 hours a week.
