The European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy provides a high-quality platform for the publication of practical and innovative research in hospital pharmacy. The journal is a major source for education and aims to improve practice and the standard of patient care in hospitals and related institutions worldwide.
EJHP is the only official journal of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists. To access the journal, EAHP members need to create or log in to their account on the EAHP website.
The EJHP March issue is dedicated to antimicrobial resistance (AMR) which has become a highly significant concern for governments and healthcare providers globally.
AMR threatens the effective prevention and treatment of an ever-increasing range of infections caused by bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi, and many countries have adopted strategies to address AMR. An estimated 4.95 million (3.62–6.57) deaths were associated with bacterial AMR in 2019. Learn more about what hospital pharmacists can do by reading our March issue.
To support the March issue on Antimicrobial Resistance, we have released a special online-only edition of EAHP, containing an editorial, original research and case reports. Access the online edition here
*Both the March and online issue are free to access for a limited time only
