BMJ provides licences for many different types of use for both commercial and non-commercial customers. Instant permissions can be obtained via CCC’s RightsLink & MarketPlace services.

RightsLink

BMJ has partnered with CCC  to offer the RightsLink licensing solution for all BMJ Journals’ reuse permissions.

The RightsLink service is fast and easy to use. You will be able to get a quick price and instant permission to reuse BMJ content in many different ways. Please see the following instructions:

Go to our Journals or The BMJ site and locate the content you wish to reuse.

Click  on “Request Permissions” in the full text article, or under the Share tab, you will be taken to the article’s RightsLink Permissions webpage.

In the op up window select your type of use and answer the questions in order to obtain an instant quote. You will need to set up a RightsLink account to process your transaction and obtain permission. Please note that some permissions granted through RightsLink may be free – permission must still be sought through the platform.
