The BMJ Awards South Asia 2020

Hosted at The Pullman Aerocity, New Delhi, the awards are a great opportunity to reward excellence in healthcare and recognize teams who have shown exemplary commitment to the practice of medicine in the South Asia region.

The BMJ Awards South Asia continues to recognize and celebrate the inspirational work achieved by healthcare teams across South Asia. Nominations are open until Wednesday 11 March 2020 with shortlisted candidates to be announced on Friday 15 May 2020. Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony held at The Pullman Aerocity, New Delhi on the evening of Friday 3 July 2020. 

  • The awards are open to clinically-led teams based in South Asia with projects active in 2019, i.e. at least one member of the team should be a doctor holding an MBBS/BDS degree.
  • Nominees can only enter their project in one Award category only, subject to the fulfillment of rules and regulations mentioned herein. Additional projects can be submitted in any other category.
  • Your project and work have been active in 2019 in South Asia.
