To access your reports visit the  Usage Portal: r5.bmjreports.com

Can I run my own usage report?
Yes, please contact support to receive your account number, username, and password.

Can you send me my usage reports? 
Yes, please contact support.

Are COUNTER reports available?
Yes, please contact support.

When are https://mailto:ussupport.bmj.comusage statistics available?
Typically reports are ready 2 weeks after the close of the month. (15th)

Can I access Counter 5 Reports via SUSHI?
Yes, you can please log into the customer usage portal usage statistics portal to obtain your SUSHI credentials. They can be found under the account menu by selecting SUSHI. 

Do I need SUSHI to generate my reports?
No, you can run your reports directly from the customer portal usage statistics portal

How do I set up SUSHI?
Please log into the customer usage portal usage statistics portal to obtain your SUSHI credentials. They can be found under the account menu by selecting SUSHI.

Can I access SUSHI with my Administrator Credentials?
No, you need a requestor ID and a customer ID to set up SUSHI. Please log into the customer usage portal usage statistics portal to obtain your SUSHI credentials. They can be found under the account menu by selecting SUSHI.

Should I use SUSHI rather than your Administrator Portal? 
No, you can use what is most appropriate to you.

What is the difference?
The data will be the same it is just a different way of harvesting the reports.

Can you send me your Administrator Portal link?
Usage statistics portal

How can I reset my Administrator Credentials?
Please contact support.

Where can I find Zero Usage in my report?
If there is no usage at all, then no data will be displayed; if usage is available for other titles or other months, then zero usage will display.

When will the Usage Reports be available each month? 
The COUNTER requirement is for data to be updated within 4 weeks of the reporting period.

Can I request a report for Perpetual Titles only?
All titles accessed will be available in the usage report

How do I access my Usage for Trials Report? 
Trials usage will be available in the usage report when generated

How can I track the usage for my trials before the report is generated?
Please contact support.

What is our Fellowship code?
Please contact support. to request the code.

Who can use the Fellowship code?
The code can be used by staff, faculty, and students.

One of the end-users submitted a case, and it was rejected due to the Fellowship code. What do we do?
The end user needs to use the institution email address bsutdent@fellowship.edu
