This is a full-time (10PA) replacement post with a subspecialty interest in Head and Neck oncology based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow (QEUH), one of the busiest oral maxillary facial units in the UK. There are currently 12 Consultant Surgical posts in the department and 5 other consultant colleagues who have regular sessions in the QEUH. The Consultants work in subspecialty teams employing a team approach with close collaboration and cross referral. The department covers all aspects of the specialty for both adult and paediatric patients. The on call service is currently provided across the West of Scotland region with colleagues form the surrounding Health Boards.
