Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust provides general acute services to Brighton and Hove and Mid Sussex and tertiary services for patients across Sussex and the South East of England.

We treat over half a million patients each year. Working as one hospital across two sites, and playing to the strengths of both, gives the flexibility to develop services which meet the needs of our patients at different stages of their treatment and care.

We are looking for an individual who will work within a small team of neuroanaesthetics and make an active contribution to quality improvement, education and training and service development. The trust as a whole cover over 13,000 surgical sessions per year. The department has numerous special interests and it is actively involved in teaching, training and simulation.

The timetable will include weekday theatre sessions as appropriate and for discussion and agreement with the successful candidates. The working requirement of the post will be for 10 Programmed Activities.
