The BMJ is looking for editors to work on the journal’s collection programme on a freelance basis.
You will understand the needs of The BMJ's international readership, and have experience working with international authorship teams to coordinate the publication of collections of articles or journal supplements. You will be able to commission, peer review, and edit evidence-based academic articles (analysis, commentaries, opinions and editorials) for publication as part of The BMJ’s collection programme.
You will preferably be a medical doctor or PhD-qualified editor with broad experience have at least three years of editorial experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Applicants with an interest in medicine, public health, nutrition and global health are welcome to apply.
