SHO / Registrar - Mental Health Services - Ireland
We are recruiting for both adult and children's mental health services in Ireland
The general adult sectors offer a diverse range of services including comprehensive acute inpatient care. Multidisciplinary care is provided and delivered through Community Mental Health Teams, Day Hospitals, Day Centres and Home Based Treatment Team. The Rehabilitation Teams include Psychiatry of Later Life and Assertive Outreach where emphasis is on person centred care, patient safety and quality outcomes.
Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services provide a psychiatry service to children in the community experiencing psychiatric difficulties.
6 to 12 month contracts are available and appointees are required to actively engage in continuing professional education and training in conjunction with the relevant postgraduate medical training body. During the appointment the successful candidate will, under the supervision of the Consultant / Clinical Director/Executive Clinical Director/Employer, participate in and deliver a quality health care service.
