The candidate might choose to work towards a teaching degree instead of the proposed Improvement Methodology training if they seem this more appropriate and after discussion with their educational supervisor. The fellow will be expected to contribute to Improvement methodology teaching and mentorship on the FY1 course/ work towards achieving a teaching degree instead.
