Would you love the chance to work in a professionally satisfying role, whilst enjoying a fantastic work-life balance?

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialty Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join our supportive and forward thinking team on the Isle of Man.

About the Isle of Man

Our National Health Service healthcare system is separate to the UK NHS and is provided by a based on that in the UK, but is independently financed and administered within the Isle of Man.  This means that many of the changes brought about to the UK National Health Service, as a consequence of the extensive reorganisations of recent years have not been adopted in the Isle of Man.

Working in the Isle of Man provides a fantastic opportunity to step away from NHS pressures and demands and work within a friendly and supportive working environment just a stone's throw away from the UK itself.

We have an exciting ambition to build a new model of health and social care that delivers truly effective health and social care strategies in a way which is innovative and responsive to community needs. This is an exciting opportunity where you can make a difference and be a part of shaping the Islands’ future health services.

The island has a lot to offer and those living here benefit from:

  • A great work-life balance
  • A relaxed way of life in a safe environment with low crime
  • Fantastic lifestyle opportunities - You could enjoy an outdoor lifestyle - walking, diving, sailing, mountain biking and great beaches
  • Low income tax rates, maximum rate being 20%

At Noble's hospital, we also take pride in being able to offer a workplace that:

  • Is equipped to the latest standards
  • Offers brilliant training and development opportunities - we have an Education and Training Centre with a simulation suite and library situated in the grounds
  • Supports staff - we recognise the need for all medical staff on the Island to maintain connections with medicine in the United Kingdom, and we provide generous study Leave with pay and expenses to attend approved conferences and workshops.
  • Has a great working environment - we're a close knit team who are driven to ensure we provide high quality healthcare services to the people on the island

If you would like to achieve a fantastic work-life balance with a professionally satisfying job whilst living in one of the safest, least congested and most beautiful parts of the British Isles then this is the job for you!
