The salary will be paid at Grade Clinical Senior Lecturer, CCCB scale, £80,075 to £89,827 per annum, inclusive of £2,162 per annum London Allowance.

The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, a presentation.

The purpose of this role is:

To take a major part in the academic work of the Centre for Human & Applied Physiological Sciences, working with clinical and non-clinical researchers, with the aim of obtaining continuing major research funding and conducting research at an international level to be published in leading academic journals.
To be the clinical lead for the Diploma / MSc programme in Aerospace Medicine
To lead the delivery of the EASA Basic and Advanced AME courses
To supervise and co-supervise clinical and non-clinical researchers (including PhD and MD students).
To take an active part in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
To lead and develop the aerospace medicine clinics within the Lane Fox unit at GSTT.
To participate in clinical and other service activities of the Lane Fox Unit at GSTT.
To contribute to the management and further development of the Aerospace Medicine Specialty
