Salary: £48,047* ($86,328) – £58,137*  ($104,456) *14/05/2018 AUD/GBP rates (Oanda)

Work Type: This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time, RMO appointments for the 2019 clinical year commencing 14 January 2019.

Vacancy Profile: This centralised Resident Medical Officer (RMO) recruitment process is for all applicants wishing to be considered for RMO positions at the participating WA Health Services, listed above. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 28 September 2018. Contracts of up to 24 months may be offered, at the discretion of the employing health services.

Eligibility to Apply: Applicants must have worked for a minimum of 6 months as a registered medical practitioner in a hospital setting in Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, United Kingdom, Ireland or Canada. Preference for appointment will be given to practitioners who gained this experience within the last two years.

Registration Requirements: Applicants must be eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and eligible to work in Australia. Further information can be found at
