Partner and salaried GP opportunities – Hammersmith & Fulham Partnership PCN

Park Medical Centre is recruiting a salaried GP, and also a partner. The surgery has grown its registered list significantly in the last three years, and one of the partners is retiring, so we need more great doctors.

Our PCN is a single partnership of five large surgeries: Park Medical Centre, North End Medical Centre, Brook Green Medical Centre, The Bush Doctors, and Richford Gate Medical Practice. Every surgery is a training practice with a full clinical team including nursing and healthcare assistants, pharmacists, care managers, link workers, and physiotherapists. We encourage GPs to have areas of specialist interest that are supported through cross-site faculty working. Examples of this are frailty teams, mental health teams, and a research department.  

You may be a GP looking for a salaried role in a supportive environment, potentially with a future view to partnership, or are an established GP ready to step up to partnership now, or an existing partner looking for a change. Our structure means we have the breadth and scale to provide a culture of learning and development, as well as various leadership roles. Time commitment is a minimum of 2.5 days per week but beyond that it’s about you, what you bring, and your values.
