Who are we looking for?

• A highly respected, consistent and inspirational leader who fully embodies our Charity’s CARE values, you will have a great record of clinical achievement, and a strong background in relevant approaches. We expect a commitment to excellent patient care; and you will need to evidence experience of service development and quality improvement in addition to strong change management and strategy development skills. 
• We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist, CCT in Forensic ideally with years of experience leading teams.
• Highly interested in quality improvement and embedding quality management system, looking for improvements in a timely and efficient manner, Interested in fostering psychological safety with the team, innovation and keeping high standards of quality.
