Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Psychiatry (Addiction Medicine), Mental Health & ATODS - CAIRNS

Remuneration value up to $497 941 p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $455 624 p.a. (L18 – L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements. 

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Specialist Psychiatrist to facilitate the delivery of high-quality mental health care to patients of the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service (MHATODS), includes Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service and Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.

As a Staff Specialist Psychiatry (Addiction Medicine) you will facilitate the delivery of high-quality mental health care to patients of the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service (MHATODS) which includes Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service and Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.
