An exciting opportunity has arisen fora dynamicand flexible doctor to join our team of Breast and Body radiologists at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. We are one of the UK's largest teaching Trust, providing tertiary specialist services to 1.5 million population and a dedicated level 1 trauma centre. The Warwickshire, Solihull and Coventry Breast screening service covers Coventry, Solihull, North and South Warwickshire.
You will be part of a team undertaking an exciting programme of expansion, joining a dynamic group of40 consultant radiologists offering multiple subspecialties.

Main duties of the job
A Clinical Diagnostics Centre is scheduled to open in the city centre of Coventry in Spring 2025. This will have new CT and MRI scanners, creating more imaging capacity and better access to the local population.
In addition to specialist breastwork and breast MDT, there is a requirement to provide support to the general department and partake in a an 1:19 generalon call rota. There is also an opportunity to join the gynae-oncology imaging group. The proportion of breast-related/general work would be discussed during job plan meetings and flexible according to departmental needs and personal development.
We are the principal Teaching hospital for Warwick Medical School and opportunities exist for increased research collaboration with Warwick University.
