Opportunity:
The Department of Medical Affairs - Alberta Health Services, is inviting applications to fill Anesthesiology positions for the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre that provide patient care for the Central Zone of Alberta. Start dates are negotiable.

Salary Details:
The average gross income of an Anesthesiologist in Alberta is $444,000 CAD (£250,000 GBP). Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends. Financial incentives such as reimbursable travel arrangements and relocation support may be available.
Job Duties:
- Provide hospital and call support as required;
- Contribute to and participate in teaching programs and activities;
- Contribute to and participate in other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Anesthesiologists with a UK Certificate of Completion of Training are not required to rewrite any exams in order to be approved for accelerated licensure in Alberta, and can immediately start in independent practice. Learn more about the licensing process on the CPSA website.
