Doctors with experience in Oncology, Haematology or Oncology, are invited to join the Bank for ad-hoc shifts at HCA Healthcare UK’s private patient facility The Harborne Hospital, in Birmingham.

  • Location: Birmingham
  • Pay: £60 – 65 per hour, paid weekly.

We’re looking for IMT or Higher Specialist Trainee Doctor’s (or equivalent), with experience and passion for Cancer or Cardiology Services, to join our medical team at The Harborne Hospital.

The Harborne Hospital is our 4th NHS Joint Venture and a brand-new, purpose built, state-of-the-art £100m facility that opened in January. Built in partnership with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, the hospital has deep clinical infrastructure and offers a variety of outpatient and inpatient services across 50 beds, including 10 Outpatient Chemotherapy Day case Chairs and 6 level 3 critical care beds.

Applicants will need:

  • GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK
  • Completed Foundation Years training and additionally at minimum IMT-2 (Or equivalent experience)
  • Specific experience in Oncology / Haematology or Cardiology 
  • Desirably you will have post qualification exams, relevant to specialist area e.g MRCP
  • A passion for team-work, patient focused care with the ability to build and share best practice and offer a first-class patient experience

Selection process
