Remuneration value up to $514,452 p.a. comprising salary between $9.360.20 p.f. - $9.924.00 p.f. (L25-L27) or remuneration value up to $470,780 p.a. comprising salary between $7.827.20 p.f. - $9.091.70 p.f. (L18-L24); employer superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), attraction and retention incentive allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover, plus overtime and on-call allowances.

Your role 

  • Provide patients a medical service in accordance with standards of the speciality and ethics of the profession.  
  • Perform after hours and weekend clinical duties as rostered.  
  • Provide clinical assistance in emergencies as directed.  
  • Supervise trainees and other staff as appropriate.  
  • Administrative duties relating to the functioning of the department and the hospital.  
  • Participation in continuing medical education to maintain personal knowledge and skills as established in the College’s Maintenance of Professional Standards Program.  
  • Participation in programs to safeguard personal well-being as well as the well-being of colleagues, trainees and related professionals.  
  • Other duties as required.
