About Us
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) is an NHS provider providing wide acute health services for a population of over 600,000 across Hampshire and parts of Berkshire.
Hampshire Hospitals, which came into being in January 2012 as a result of the integration of Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust – which achieved Foundation Trust status in 2006 – and Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare Trust.
The trust’s vision is to provide outstanding care for each and every patient, ensuring our patients are well-cared for across the boundaries between our organisation and other providers. In order to provide this, it’s vital that we focus on the care that we provide to the staff who care for our patients, and we need to do all this within our inclusive CARE values, treating patients, colleagues and partners with compassion and respect.
Working for HHFT offers a rewarding career, nationally agreed employment terms and conditions and a range of additional benefits as part of our extensive reward package.
We aim to ensure staff have training and development opportunities to enable them to provide safe, effective, high quality care to our patients, whilst also creating an environment of health and wellbeing. In addition to this, all staff members are able to access a range of benefits and discount services.
Being a part of the Hampshire Hospitals family is also an opportunity to experience what Hampshire has to offer. Hampshire lies between England’s south-central coastline and the North Wessex Downs and is well-equipped and well-connected to meet the needs of everyone. You will also be spoilt for choice by the wealth of parks and woods, historical attractions, cultural landmarks, modern shopping centres, cosmopolitan restaurants and sports facilities, all in easy reach.
