We are seeking to recruit 1 training junior doctors to post in acute paediatrics with neonatology at West Middlesex Hospital.

In all work, the post-holder will be working alongside London Deanery trainees from general practice and paediatrics on a combined rota, with the same access to educational opportunities, including the daily teaching sessions and the simulation sessions.

The post covers all paediatric inpatient and new-born areas of clinical care, working with the existing paediatric team. They are ideally suited to trainees who want to gain clinical skills in a general hospital setting of undifferentiated presentations. The combined rota gives clinical experience in management of general paediatric patients and neonatology, including stabilisation of critically ill children and new-borns prior to transfer to other tertiary units for on-going care.

Our out of training doctors are paid on the 2002 Contract ad therefore on-calls will be paid via a banding.
