Salaried GP - Mill Road Surgery

We are seeking to employ a GP to join our growing practice and undertake up to 6 sessions per week - this can be flexible to suit individual requirements.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient group in a supportive surgery comprising of 8 partners, 1 salaried GP, 3 nurse practitioners, 3 paramedic practitioners, 4 practice nurses and 4 HCAs along with a dedicated and friendly management/administration team. We are also supported by additional funded roles from the Primary Care Network enhanced service and are the lead practice for the North Colchester PCN group comprising of Mill Road, Bluebell, Highwoods, Winstree and Lawford surgeries.

We are a dispensing practice operating out of a purpose built surgery covering the North of Colchester and the surrounding villages. We continue to grow annually with new developments and currently have a list size of over 16,000.

Using SystmOne clinical software we regularly achieve excellent QoF achievement and patient feedback. We are also rated as Good across all domains by our latest CQC inspection.

Applicants will be GMC registered, have a current DBS check and be on the NHSE medical performers list.
