The Department of Neurology at the Royal London Hospital is a vibrant and expanding department, embedded in the culturally diverse district of East London. An opportunity has arisen to employ a Clinical Fellow in Neurology, grade ST1 or above. This post would primarily cover the Neurology Programmed Investigation Unit/Day Case Unit at the Royal London Hospital, based on ward 11D. This would be a good opportunity for a junior doctor with an interest in and/or experience in neurology to gain further experience and training in a busy and established teaching hospital. This post would not include any on call or out of hours work, and is tenable for 6 months (in the first instance).

There is the potential for less than full time employment, i.e part time.

Neurology Clinical Trials work is co-located on 11D and the department engages in a lot of research. There is the opportunity for the Clinical Fellow to spend some of their time working on Clinical Trials and other academic work within this post.
