The Position
Waikato Hospital boasts world-class facilities, with cutting-edge technology and equipment, and you’ll have the chance to work closely and learn from vascular surgeons and other specialists at the top of their game. Being a level 3 trauma centre, Waikato Hospital offers plenty of complex, high-intensity work, so you will be involved in hands-on procedures such as aortic dissections, high-end renal access, oncology and trauma.
In addition to clinical work, you will be supported to participate in research and publish articles, further advancing your expertise in the IR field.

The Person
You’ll need to hold a Certificate of Completion of Training (UK), be currently working in a comparable health system to NZ and be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand to be considered.
