NHS Tayside has two LAT vacancies from 2^nd August 2023 until 6^th August 2024 in Medicine for the Elderly and General Medicine in NHS Tayside. Both posts are comprised of 12 months in General Medicine. Final placements will be decided following discussion with the successful applicants. The successful candidates will also contribute to the General Medicine on call rotas in Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary.

The Postgraduate Dean has confirmed that both these posts have the required educational and staffing approval, and achieved competences can count towards CCT.

Training programmes are open to those who may, either from the outset or subsequently, wish to train less than full-time. We would also consider applications from candidates who are not available for the full 12 months.

Participation in teaching, research and quality improvement work is encouraged and will be supported.
