The Position

As a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, the successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Providing clinical leadership and direction to the department 
• Managing risk and ensuring the quality of patient care 
• Teaching and training medical students and junior doctors 
• Conducting research and auditing clinical practice 
• Maintaining a safe and evidence-based clinical practice

Essential criteria

• hold specialist qualification with RANZCOG
• be registrable as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with AHPRA or eligible, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
