Remuneration:        

Remuneration value up to $466,767 p.a. comprising salary between $8,654.00 p.f. - $9,175.30 p.f. (L25-L27) or remuneration value up to $427,145 p.a. comprising salary between $7,260.00 p.f. - $8,407.00 p.f. (L18-L24); employer superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), attraction and retention incentive allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover, plus overtime and on-call allowances. Your role

  • To provide patients a medical service in accordance with the standards of the speciality and the ethics of the profession. 
  • To perform after hours and weekend clinical duties as rostered. 
  • To provide clinical assistance in emergencies as directed. 
  • Supervision of trainees and other staff as appropriate. 
  • Administrative duties relating to the functioning of the department and the hospital. 
  • Participation in continuing medical education to maintain personal knowledge and skills as established in the College’s Maintenance of Professional Standards Program. 
  • Participation in programs to safeguard personal well-being as well as the well-being of colleagues, trainees and related professionals. 
  • Other duties as required
