Our main hospital sites have undergone significant transformation over the past few years and this has resulted in Royal Blackburn Hospital having one of the largest Emergency Departments in the UK, a centralised paediatric service, as well as providing high quality care in a wide range of specialities. Burnley General Hospital has also received substantial investment which has seen the building of the new Integrated Urgent Care Centre and the Lancashire Women and Newborn Centre.T o support all these changes and developments we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated medical staff at all stages of their careers from Trainee Doctors/Dentists, through to Clinical and Senior Clinical Fellows and all points in between. As a medical staff professional within our Trust, you’ll work alongside our award-winning consultants and specialist teams; using and developing your skills and knowledge further in a supportive environment. We score very highly in our trainee evaluation form indicator report, including being first in the UK for our general obstetrics training.
