Main duties of the job
The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) are inviting applications for the Trust grade registrar (ST3+) post in Neurology.
The successful candidate will be able take up post for a period of 12 months initially with a view to this being extended by mutual agreement.
The Trust grade registrar post has been specifically designed to help motivate people further in their careers in Neurology.
These posts will allow successful candidates to develop their clinical skills and experience in a hospital with a track record of innovative service delivery, excellence in training and clinical research. The University Hospitals of Leicester is one of the largest and busiest teaching trusts in England employing over 11,000 members of staff, providing services to nearly a million people across Leicestershire and Rutland with all three hospitals delivering an acute general hospital service.

- Full GMC registration with a license to practice
- MRCP qualification or equivalent
Desirable
- Evidence of commitment to medical training
Experience

- At least 2 years experience of working at Neurology registrar level either in the UK or abroad
