Partner and salaried GP opportunities, West London

We are recruiting for salaried GPs and a partner at Park Medical Centre. The surgery has grown its registered list significantly in the last three years and now needs to expand its doctor workforce.

Our PCN is a single partnership of five large surgeries: Park Medical Centre, North End Medical Centre, Brook Green Medical Centre, The Bush Doctors, and Richford Gate Medical Practice. Every surgery is a training practice with a full clinical team including nursing and healthcare assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and a link worker. We encourage GPs to have areas of specialist interest that are supported through cross site faculty working. Some examples of this are frailty teams, mental health teams, and a research department.  

You may be a new GP looking for a salaried role in a supportive environment, potentially with a future view to partnership, or an established GP ready to step up to partnership now, or an existing partner looking for a change. Our structure means we have the breadth and scale to provide a mutually supportive culture of learning and development, as well as various leadership roles. Time commitment is a minimum of 2.5 days per week but beyond that it’s about you, what you bring, and your values.
